This policy explains what personal information Online Edu At Ease (“we”, “us”) handles when you visit onlineduatease.com (the “Site”) or contact us, why we handle it and the choices you have. The Site is operated by the Online Edu At Ease team, which is responsible for the information described here.

Information we collect
When you visit the Site
Our hosting provider’s servers automatically record basic technical details of each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested, the referring page and the date and time. These server logs are used to deliver the Site, keep it secure and diagnose problems. We don’t use them to identify or profile individual visitors.
When you email us
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you include it and the content of your message.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site doesn’t set cookies or use similar technologies to track you, so there is no cookie banner. If we ever add a tool that uses cookies, we’ll update this policy first and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Why we use information

How long we keep it
Server logs are kept by our hosting provider for a limited period for security purposes. We keep emails only for as long as we need them to deal with your message and any follow-up, and then delete them.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy of it. In Australia, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC). California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act; we don’t sell or share personal information as that law defines it.
Children
The Site is meant for adults and isn’t directed at anyone under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Our articles link to official bodies and other websites we don’t control. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them.

We’ll update this policy if the way we handle information changes. The date at the top shows the current version.
